Return & Refund Policy
At Studio Florentijn, every product is made to order, printed and produced especially for you. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference or ordering mistakes.
Damaged or defective products If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at florentijn_bruning@hotmail.com or whats app 0031649321201
with:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- Your order number
We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellations Orders can not be cancelled

We have a no return policy, which means you have ordered on demand and the order is especialy made for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must demaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at florentijn_bruning@hotmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your demaged package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically get a new one within 10 business days.

Alle producten van Studio Florentijn worden op bestelling geproduceerd via print-on-demand. Omdat elk artikel speciaal voor jou wordt gemaakt, accepteren wij geen retourzendingen of ruilen, tenzij het product beschadigd of defect is ontvangen.
Beschadigd of defect product? Neem binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst contact met ons op via [contactgegevens] met een foto van het defect. Wij zorgen dan voor een gratis vervanging of volledige terugbetaling.
Uitzonderingen
- Verkeerd formaat besteld: dit valt niet onder onze retourgarantie. Controleer de maattabel zorgvuldig voor aankoop.
- Kleurverschillen: kleine kleurafwijkingen ten opzichte van het scherm zijn geen grond voor retour.
Herroepingsrecht Op grond van artikel 16(c) van de EU-richtlijn consumentenrechten geldt het herroepingsrecht niet voor goederen die duidelijk gepersonaliseerd zijn of op maat gemaakt worden. Onze producten vallen onder deze uitzondering.
