Terms & Conditions Golden Touch Studio

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Golden Touch Studio.

2. Offer and formation of agreement

All offers are non-binding. An agreement is formed when you place an order and we confirm it via email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made through the available payment methods in our webshop. Your order will only be put into production after payment has been received.

4. Delivery

All products are produced on-demand. The expected production and delivery time can be found on our shipping page. Delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because our products are specially made to order for you, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 6:230p paragraph 1 Dutch Civil Code). This means you cannot cancel or return the order without reason.

6. Warranty and complaints

We guarantee that our products are of good quality. In case of damaged products, production errors or incorrect orders, you can contact us within 14 days after receipt. Please include photos so we can help you quickly.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of your order. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on our website are protected by copyright and are the property of Golden Touch Studio or our licensors.

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
