All products are specially made for you as soon as your order is placed. This means you receive a unique product, but also that the production and shipping time may be slightly longer than with standard products.
Expected delivery time:
- Production time: 2-7 business days
- Shipping time Netherlands: 2-5 business days
- Shipping time Europe: 5-10 business days
- Shipping time worldwide: 10-20 business days
You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
Because each product is specially made for you, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product does not match your order
- There is a production or printing error
Please contact us within 14 days after receipt via the contact page if you have a problem with your order. Include photos so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Please note: Custom-made products cannot be returned due to change of mind or wrong size.
