Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other options available at checkout.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
Because we start production immediately after your order, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel orders. Therefore, always check your order carefully before placing it.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Each product is specially made for you. Production time is 2-7 business days, after which shipping within the Netherlands takes 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time varies by country, see our shipping page for more information.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Products

How does sizing work?
Each product has a size chart. Measure yourself and compare with the size chart to choose the right size.

How should I wash my product?
We recommend washing your garment inside out at a maximum of 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. This keeps the print beautiful.

Are the colors exactly as shown in the photo?
We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible, but due to different screens there may be small color differences.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Because each product is custom made for you, we only accept returns for damaged products, incorrect orders or production errors. Please contact us within 14 days if this is the case.
